Delicious aroma of coffee
For 4 people, 28 natural white asparagus, 1 dl olive oil 0.40, 130 g of coffee beans, 40 g of salt, fresh parsley
Cooked in ample water coffee beans, together with the oil and salt, for 20 minutes, so that water acquires the flavor and aroma of coffee. Meanwhile, with a vegetable peeler remove the outer layer the asparagus, rinse under running water and put them in coffee. Cook them over low heat for 30 minutes or so. Once cooked, allow to cool in the water. If you want the coffee flavor is most intense, you can keep them submerged in the pan for 24 hours. Then hand them out on plates, give heat stroke with the microwave for a couple of minutes and garnish the top with the beans and some fresh parsley.
