Cupcakes with ratatouille and feta cheese

200 g of flour, 1 eggplant, 1 zucchini, 2 tomatoes, 1 pepper, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 125 g feta cheese, 25 g butter, yeast, 3 eggs, 10 cl of olive oil, 10 cl Freca cream, basil, salt and pepper
Peel and dice the eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, onion and garlic. Pocha vegetables in a pan for 10 minutes, add a cup of water and cook 30 minutes.
Then incorporate the flour, yeast, salt and two eggs. smoothies. Mix and add the fresh cream and diced feta cheese.
Let simmer another 10 minutes. Fill the molds with the mixture, top with butter and bake 20 minutes.
