Marinated salmon with avocado

Marinated salmon with avocado
500 g fresh salmon, 2 avocados, 1 lime, 1 lemon, 30 g fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon dill, 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper.
Clean salmon bones and skin, and cut it into two pieces. Wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in the freezer for two hours.
Then the pieces out of the freezer, remove the plastic wrap and cut into thin slices. Put them, extended, in a bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, grated ginger, chopped dill and water them with oil and lime juice.
Peel the avocados, retírales the bone, cut into thin wedges and place in a large font. Then riégalos with the juice of half a lemon, to prevent rust and brown.
Serve slices of avocado and place salmon on top of the sheets. Sprinkle with black pepper and dill.
