Healthy diet: fish all year round thanks to aquaculture Low in calories (no more than 200Kcal/100gr.) And fat (less than 5%), source of protein, vitamins A, B and D, polyunsaturated fatty acids such as Omega 3 and 6, minerals such as phosphorus, potassium or sodium, the nutritional value of fish in our diet is more than remarkable. Its different varieties (white or blue) and origin (sea or river) often difficult, however, enjoy our favorite species during certain periods of the year. However, due to aquaculture, we can overcome this problem and consume them whenever we want.
