Strawberry jam

Strawberry jam
Serves 4 250 ml bottles: 1 kg of strawberries, 1 lemon, 1 orange, 800 g of white sugar.
Put chopped strawberries, washed and stems, in large bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Pour the orange juice and lemon, and stir with a spatula.
Finally, incorporating half the grated rind of half a lemon and half an orange. Cover the bowl with a piece of plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for about 12 hours so they can marinate strawberries.
Then passes the content to a nonstick pan and cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Stir with a spatula until you have broken the boil. Lower the heat slightly and keep cooking for 20 minutes more.
Boil four glass bottles in a little water for 15 minutes, together with the covers, so that they are sterilized. Then, drain and fill with jam. Leave a margin of one centimeter unfilled and close the lids.
Flip them, Support them over the top to make a vacuum and leave it in place for 24 hours.
Clean the jars with a cloth and label them with stickers.
